Personalised Products
All products at Personalised Wishes are personalised and made to order, which means they are created specifically for you. Due to this, we cannot offer refunds for items that are ordered correctly but you change your mind. Please double-check all names, dates and design details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos to assess the issue and we will either replace the item or provide a full refund depending on the situation. Our goal is to make sure every customer receives their order as expected.
Shipping and Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refunds for damaged or incorrect items will only cover the product cost not the original shipping fee. All refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout.
